Corporate Accounts Manager

THE ROLE:
In this role your strategic perspective and sales experience will drive sales growth in an ever competitive market place. Your focus will be on managing and maintaining corporate accounts as well developing new business. You will work closely with the entire sales team to ensure our strategic sales and gross margin goals are met.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Sourcing new profitable business for s.t.o.p., including Corporate Accounts;
  • Regularly review former s.t.o.p. accounts and determine how profitable accounts can be reacquired by differentiating us from our competitors;
  • Projecting short and long-term sales forecasts, conducting business reviews and profitability analysis;
  • Determining opportunities for growth and improvement ongoing;
  • Work with entire sales team to ensure delivery of highest level of customer service to clients;
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations teams to ensure proper stock levels, and efficient delivery times;
  • Attending trade shows across Canada, and possibly internationally.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, franchisees, Flanagan’s Central Office, and other s.t.o.p. branch.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the Foodservice industry;
  • Experience with Corporate Accounts would be an asset;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with post-secondary education in sales or marketing;
  • Excellent time-management, leadership, organization, and presentation skills;
  • A collaborative and influential communication style;
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Incumbent must have own vehicle, and valid Ontario Driver’s licence, and be willing to use personal vehicle during performance of their duties, as required;
  • Willing to travel within Ontario, and occasionally to other provinces or internationally.
